“When my kids were small and we would make our way to the lake to celebrate summer, there were these beautiful in between moments, right before they awoke and the chaos began or just after they fell asleep after a long day of play, when I would wade into the cool water or sit at the shoreline and just stare at the reflections. It felt like such a precious time, that recharged and reminded me of just how lucky I am.
Quiet Hour was inspired by those magical, peaceful moments, quiet reflection in both the physical world and my internal being. It is a renewal, an affirmation and a time where you can once again listen to your heart and know that you belong here.”
